Here you can download a collection of Norsonic application programs. The NorVirtual Instrument and the basic version of NorXfer are freeware if you have purchased a Norsonic sound level meter.

The other programs or options to NorXfer provide that you have purchased a license key. The license key are either programmed into a hard lock key that must be connected to one of the USB ports on the PC, or it is a registration code that must be keyed in at the first start-up of the program.

All programs may be tested out for a period of 60 days by entering DEMO in the user name and license code field. Install and run the program you want to test. The license code registration field is found in the “Help” menu. After the 60 days have expired you must buy a registration code from Norsonic to continue using the program.

We have also made available firmware for our instruments.

NOTE! Firmware should only be upgraded if you are advised to do so by your local representative and on his instructions.

Please note! Instruments sold in Austria, Germany, Spain and Switzerland is subjected to use pattern evaluated software only. Users in these countries are requested to contact their local Norsonic representative to get the current type approved version.

Achtung! In Deutschland, Österreich, Spanien und der Schweiz unterliegen Schallmessgeräte einer Bauartzulassung. Die Software des Messgerätes ist Bestandteil dieser Bauartzulassung. Anwender in diesen Ländern werden gebeten, sich an den lokalen Norsonic-Vertreter zu wenden.

Attention ! Les instruments vendus en France, Suisse, Allemagne, Autriche et Espagne doivent être configurés exclusivement avec le logiciel homologué. Dans ces pays, les utilisateurs sont priés de contacter leur représentant local Norsonic pour obtenir la version actuelle approuvée.
