The mini USB connector is for connecting the instrument to your PC. It can operate it two different ways:
This will set the communication to simulate Ethernet over USB, and you need to have installed an RNDIS
driver (remote NDIS) on your computer. Either download the driver setup directly from Norsonic, or install
NorConnect. Your PC will get an Ethernet interface to the instrument when this is working. We believe static
IP addressing is best for this communication, and default IP address is therefor set static to 10.150.150.1
on your instrument and 10.150.150.150 on your PC. If you have more than one instrument connected at the same time,
set the second instrument IP address to 10.150.150.2, and so on. Use this for normal PC connection, running
NorConnect and transferring measurements to the PC.
