The Idle View presents the instantaneous sound pressure levels (SPL). These values are not stored.
The help content changes based on context. Tap the ? symbol to access help for a specific view or menu.
STIPA help
The STIPA measurement picture is predefined to fit the STIPA measurment. The upper part of the display shows the normal specter graph. The lower part of the window containes the different STIPA values.
The STIPA measurement needs to be 21 seconds long to be valid. A red warning triangle in upper right corner indicates that the measurement length is too short.
When using the STIPA setup the View is locked to one dual View with specter and STIPA values.

TBL button

The table button switches between the STIPA values and a table showing the modulations for the calculated STI and the enabled correction.

INFO button

Display usefull information about instrument and the measurement configuration.
The

VIEW button

and

FUNC button

are not used when measuring STIPA.
There is only one display available when measuring STIPA. The cursors in the two windows are not synchronized.
Measurement display properties (like displayed functions, dynamic range and full scale) are selectable directly in the measurement pictures. For hte STIPA View the corrections is switched on and off in the Context menu. Hold your finger a few seconds on a graph or press the ü button to open the context menu. For the specter tables use the ü button.
At the bottom of the screen there are four softbuttons. These buttons help you to control (eg. Start and Stop) and add useful information, annotations and comments to your measurement.
Note gives you access to:
Voice, Text and Camera.
Markers and Pause/Continue buttons are not availabel in a STIPA measurement. More information about the Keyboard.
A number of small Icons are located on the Status Bar at the top of the display.
Status Bar Above the display is a LED indicator that shows the instrument status. This LED will also indicate overload
LED Status indicator.
