The selection of which functions to display is done directly in the measurement picture. Tap on the graphical part of the screen. A context sensitive menu then appears. Under the Functions key name the selectable functions are listed. Only functions that are set up for measurement are selectable.

It is not easy to read the screen if it is cluttered with too many curves and bars. Therefore it is restricted to show not more than three functions are simultaneously.
