Nor1290
Sound intensity probe
The Nor1290 probe kit is a lightweight, rugged solution for acoustic measurements in demanding and rough environments.
With a smartphone running the NorVirtual App mounted directly on the probe, it enables true single-hand operation and provides the same intuitive measurement views as the Nor150 sound analyser.
The remote measurement system remains fully synchronised with your instrument, supporting efficient field measurements, reliable data acquisition, and smooth operation in applications where mobility, durability, and precision are essential.

Ergonomic angle adjustment for precise positioning
The probe head features two ergonomic adjustment knobs. The upper knob is used to compensate for spacer distance and centre displacement, while the lower knob securely locks the probe at the desired angle. The angular adjustment includes clearly defined mechanical steps to support repeatable and precise positioning.
Flexible connection options for efficient setup
The detachable probe head is fitted with a standard 7-pin LEMO connector with secure screw-lock fastening. It can be connected directly to the top of the Nor150, extended using a standard microphone cable, or mounted on the probe handle rod. This flexible configuration capability helps you adapt the system to each measurement task while keeping the need for additional accessories, such as extra extension cables, to a minimum.

Applications
What are you going to measure?
Environmental noise
Reliable noise monitoring with sound level meter, stand-alone terminals or large-scale systems.
Building acoustic
Building acoustic is about the sound that travels between rooms - something you'd rather avoid.
